1. Design Phase
After discussing your ideas from your brief, we create an initial sketch of the designs, completely bespoke to you. We film a video, sharing our ideas with you for feedback.
2. Sourcing Phase
Next, we source the crystals we need to create your bespoke design. We work with our vetted suppliers and carvers across the world to make sure our crystals have been sourced for the best quality and conscious footprint.
3. Creation Phase
Once we have everything we need, we start to handcraft your pieces. We use gold fill findings for longevity, water and tarnish resistance.
4. Gift Wrapping
Every custom design is beautifully packaged with our branded FSC wooden boxes and carefully wrapped in recycled wrapping paper with ribbon for that extra special touch!
