Processing Times
PLEASE NOTE: Processing time is 1-5 business days for our jewellery listed on our website. All custom orders are created and processed within 2-10 business days (we do our absolute best to be speedy!). Business days do not include weekends or bank holidays.Â
The delivery times listed below are after we have dispatched them from Sweetheart Crystals HQ.
UK Delivery Addresses
TRACKED 48: 2-5 working days (£3.49)
TRACKED 24: Next Day Delivery (£4.25)
Royal Mail stipulate that all UK customers wait to claim a lost item after full 15 business days after the estimated delivery date.
International Delivery Addresses
We do ship internationally, so please drop us a message and we will arrange for a custom quotation to be sent to you for delivery to your country. We only use Tracked and Signed for international orders. Any customs duty must be paid by the customer.
